Using ExamEngine

These terms govern access to ExamEngine public services, accounts, partner services and related platform functionality. By creating an account or using an applicable service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and use the service only through authorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, distribute malicious content, abuse assessment materials, circumvent access controls, or use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Plans, purchases and service access

Paid plans, subscriptions, product access, entitlements and validity periods are governed by the commercial terms shown or agreed at purchase. Access may be limited by plan, Store, product, user, device, entitlement or validity period.

Intellectual property

ExamEngine software, platform materials, branding and protected service content remain subject to their applicable intellectual-property rights. Customer or partner content remains subject to the rights and permissions applicable to that content.

Security and suspension

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect accounts, users, platform integrity, legal compliance, payment integrity or security, including suspected abuse, fraud or unauthorized access.

Service availability

We work to provide reliable service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, infrastructure, third-party services, security events or circumstances outside reasonable control.

We may update these terms as the platform and services change. The current version will be published on this page.
